About the Role In this Remote Customer Service and Sales Representative role, you will serve as a Retention Specialist, playing a vital part in the growth of our organization. Your primary goal will be to retain customers who are considering canceling their services, by providing expert solutions and recommending long-term options that meet their needs. You will handle a high volume of incoming calls, acting as a problem-solving specialist in a retention and sales capacity. Your ability to deliver award-winning customer experiences will be crucial in increasing brand loyalty and retaining customers for the long term.
