Job Overview As a Remote Customer Service and Sales Representative at blithequark, you will play a vital role in assisting customers with their mortgage and real estate needs, including home refinancing, buying, and selling. You will be responsible for providing extraordinary customer experiences, promoting and selling our services, and effectively overcoming customer reluctance. Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service experiences to existing and potential clients, responding to their inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner Effectively promote and sell blithequark's services, including mortgage brokerage and real estate solutions, to meet and exceed sales goals Build strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing personalized support to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty Navigate multiple computer systems, including customer relationship management (CRM) software, to manage customer interactions and sales data Meet and exceed self-set sales goals, consistently striving to improve performance and contribute to the growth and success of blithequark Collaborate with colleagues and management to share best practices, address challenges, and improve overall customer satisfaction and sales performance Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: A high level of professionalism, honesty, and drive, with a passion to excel in customer service and sales Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment Comfortable working on the phone with customers, providing assistance and support to resolve their challenges and concerns Ability to listen actively, empathize with customers, and provide personalized solutions to meet their needs and exceed their expectations Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills, with the ability to navigate multiple computer systems and manage competing priorities Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following preferred qualifications will be considered an asset: Previous experience in customer service, sales, or a related field, with a proven track record of success and achievement Knowledge of the mortgage and real estate industry, including products and services, regulations, and best practices Experience working in a remote or virtual environment, with the ability to self-motivate and manage time effectively Strong technical skills, including proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and other productivity tools Requirements for Working Remotely To work remotely as a Customer Service and Sales Representative at blithequark, you will need to meet the following technical requirements: Hardwired internet connection (no WiFi) Agent-provided equipment, including a computer, mouse, keyboard, and USB computer headset with mute button Windows 10+ operating system, with a minimum of 25GB available disk space and 8GB RAM Dual 19"+ monitors (preferred) Internet speed of at least 10Mbps download and 5Mbps upload A secure, quiet workspace with a desk, chair, and minimal distractions Career Growth and Development At blithequark, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
