Key Responsibilities Receive and respond to incoming inquiries and service requests from various stakeholders, utilizing excellent communication and problem-solving skills to resolve issues efficiently and effectively. Work collaboratively with service delivery teams to support the delivery of high-quality patient care and administrative services. Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, identifying opportunities to enhance their experience and improve overall satisfaction. Adhere to all local, state, and federal regulations, codes, policies, and procedures to ensure the privacy and safety of employee and patient information. Utilize computer programs such as Microsoft Office, electronic mail, and information systems or database programs to manage and maintain accurate records and data. Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a high school diploma or general education diploma (GED) and have a strong foundation in customer service, preferably in a medical or healthcare setting. While not essential, experience in human resources, payroll, accounts payable, supply chain, or related customer service fields is highly desirable. You should also have a minimum of one year of experience working with computer programs and have excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain sensitive information clearly and professionally to diverse audiences.
