Job Summary The Customer Service and Data Entry Representative will provide a wide range of administrative and staff support services for our claims coordination team. Collaborate with the claims coordination team to ensure seamless claims processing and excellent customer experience. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: A high school diploma or equivalent. 6 months to 1 year of work experience in a related field, such as customer service, data entry, or administration. Basic computer and typing skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and claims management systems. Strong attention to detail, with excellent organizational and time management skills.
