Key Responsibilities Primarily perform data entry of claims information into our claims management systems, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail. Follow up on missing information to process claims in a timely manner, providing excellent customer service to clients and stakeholders. Review invoices to ensure accuracy and completeness, identifying any discrepancies or issues that may arise. Compile reports from systems with claims information, providing valuable insights and supporting business decision-making. Provide administrative and staff support services to the claims coordination team, as needed, to ensure seamless operations. Essential Qualifications To be considered for this role, you must meet the following essential qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required. 6 months to 1 year of work experience in a related field, such as customer service, data entry, or administration. Basic computer and typing skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications. Strong attention to detail, with excellent organizational and time management skills. Must be willing to submit to a background investigation, with any offer of employment conditioned upon the successful completion of the investigation. Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States.
