Key Responsibilities As a Remote Customer Service and Data Entry Representative, your primary responsibilities will include: Data Entry: Accurately enter claims information into our claims management systems, ensuring data integrity and efficiency. Claims Follow-up: Proactively follow up on missing information to process claims in a timely manner. Invoicing and Accuracy: Review invoices to ensure accuracy and attention to detail. Reporting and Analysis: Compile reports from systems with claims information, providing valuable insights to support our team. Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner. Requirements and Qualifications To be considered for this role, you must meet the following requirements: Essential Qualifications: Education: High school diploma or equivalent required. Work Experience: 6 months to 1 year of work experience in customer service, data entry, or a related field. Computer and Typing Skills: Basic computer skills and typing accuracy with a minimum of 40 words per minute. Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain data accuracy. Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Preferred Qualifications: Previous Experience: Previous experience in claims coordination or a related field is an asset. Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Technical Skills: Familiarity with claims management systems and software applications.
