Position Summary The Customer Service / Data Entry Representative will provide a wide range of administrative and staff support services for our claims coordination team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and efficient processing of claims information, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining the highest level of data integrity. Essential Duties and Responsibilities As a Remote Customer Service/Data Entry Representative, your primary responsibilities will include: Performing data entry of claims information into our claims management systems with high accuracy and attention to detail Following up on missing information to ensure the timely processing of claims Reviewing invoices to ensure accuracy and completeness Compiling reports from systems with claims information to support business decisions Providing exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner Required Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: A high school diploma or equivalent 6 months to 1 year of work experience in a related field, such as customer service, data entry, or administration Basic computer and typing skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are preferred: Previous experience in claims coordination or a related field Knowledge of claims management systems and software applications Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders Skills and Competencies To excel in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and competencies: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to teamwork and collaboration Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
