Position Summary The Customer Service and Data Entry Representative will provide a wide range of administrative and staff support services for our claims coordination team. This is a remote position, and we will provide you with the necessary equipment, as long as you have a high-speed internet connection. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for data entry, follow-up on missing information, reviewing invoices, and compiling reports from our claims management systems. U.S. Eligibility Requirements To be considered for this position, interested candidates must submit an application and resume/CV online. You must be 18 years of age or older or demonstrate legal capacity to enter a contract. Additionally, you must be willing to submit to a background investigation, and any offer of employment is conditioned upon the successful completion of a background investigation. You must also have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States. arenaflex hires U.S. citizens, permanent residents, asylees, refugees, and temporary residents. Temporary residence does not include those with non-immigrant work authorization (F, J, H, or L visas), such as students in practical training status. Exceptions to these requirements will be determined based on a shortage of qualified candidates with a particular skill.
