About the Role In this exciting role, you'll act as a resource for automotive dealerships, providing assistance with orders, researching requests, tracking vehicle shipments, and offering timely and accurate solutions to their queries. You'll be the go-to person for dealerships, and your excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, will be essential in resolving customer issues and providing a positive experience. As a remote customer service agent, you'll be working from home, so you'll need to be self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
