Key Responsibilities Respond to inbound customer requests through our proprietary CRM using SMS, phone calls, and email to book online appointments and present qualifying insurance products. Engage in direct customer interactions on a national scale, with no territorial limitations, to understand their needs and provide tailored insurance solutions. Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve shared goals and support each other in a dynamic environment. Utilize our instant-approval products and fast pay cycle (typically around 72 hours) to deliver exceptional customer experiences and maximize sales potential. Maintain the highest standards of professionalism and adhere to our company's values and mission.
