As a Remote Customer Experience Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our Dutch-speaking clients, providing support and guidance via phone, email, and chat. You will be responsible for helping clients find the right products and services, proactively assisting them online and offline, and delivering service with a smile. Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service and support to Dutch-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat Proactively help clients find the right products and services, both online and offline Deliver service with a smile, embodying our core value of "Think like a customer" Work collaboratively with our team to resolve customer complaints and concerns Continuously improve our customer service processes and procedures to ensure exceptional client experiences Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a professional level of English and Dutch, both verbally and written. A Bachelor's degree or academic level is also required, along with a super customer-friendly attitude and enjoyment in interacting with clients. You should be a dynamic and flexible individual, able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances. A solution-oriented mindset and creative problem-solving skills are essential, as well as experience in Customer Service or Adobe InDesign skills.
