Job Overview blithequark is seeking a highly talented and experienced Remote Customer Experience Designer to join its dynamic team. This part-time opportunity is ideal for individuals who are passionate about creating engaging and interactive customer experiences. As a Remote Customer Experience Designer at blithequark, you will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and developing the strategy, content, and experience to promote engagement and acquisition for some of blithequark's most prominent products and services. Key Responsibilities Design and develop innovative customer experiences that drive engagement and acquisition across various platforms and products. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and executive management, to ensure alignment and excellence in customer experience design. Conduct research and analysis to understand customer behavior, preferences, and pain points, and use this insight to inform design decisions. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of UI/UX principles, digital marketing trends, and the latest technologies to stay ahead of the curve. Communicate design concepts and ideas effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring that design vision is clearly understood and implemented. Work independently with minimal supervision, as well as collaboratively as part of a broader creative team, to drive projects forward and achieve design goals. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: A Bachelor's Degree in Design or a related field, or equivalent experience. At least 5 years of critical experience in a portfolio that demonstrates growth and strong visual and UX design skills. A proven ability to create and direct outstanding in-product media customer experiences. A refined understanding of what makes content engaging and successful across platforms and audiences. An inventive vision for content and media experiences, with the ability to drive and plan visual design work for multiple scenarios. Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and approach challenges with a solutions-focused mindset. Outstanding communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with designers, engineers, product managers, and executive management. Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable: Experience with visual design, video, animation, UX, prototyping, and storytelling. A strong portfolio that showcases your ability to design engaging and interactive customer experiences. Familiarity with the latest design tools and technologies, including those used for UI/UX design, prototyping, and project management.
