Key Responsibilities and Duties Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone with professionalism and in a timely manner, ensuring that all interactions are handled with empathy and a customer-centric approach. Plan and sell transportation, accommodations, insurance, and other travel services, utilizing your knowledge of the travel industry to provide personalized recommendations and solutions. Cooperate with clients to determine their needs and advise them on appropriate destinations, modes of transportation, travel dates, costs, and accommodations, ensuring that their travel experiences are tailored to their preferences and expectations. Use promotional techniques and prepare promotional materials to sell itinerary tour packages, highlighting the benefits and value of our travel services to potential clients. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, escalating complex cases to the appropriate teams when necessary, and ensuring that all issues are resolved in a timely and satisfactory manner. Provide accurate, valid, and comprehensive information by utilizing the right methods and tools, staying up-to-date with our products, services, and policies to ensure that our clients receive the best possible support. Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times, ensuring that our clients feel valued, respected, and supported throughout their interactions with us. Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents, ensuring that all customer information is accurate, secure, and easily accessible. Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies, adhering to our high standards of customer service and ensuring that all interactions are handled in a professional and courteous manner. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative, with a strong track record of providing exceptional support and resolving customer issues in a timely and satisfactory manner. Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds and with varying levels of technical expertise. Familiarity with CRM systems and practices, with the ability to utilize our systems and tools to manage customer interactions, process customer accounts, and analyze customer data. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear, concise, and engaging manner. Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively, with the ability to handle multiple customer interactions simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred, with a strong foundation in customer service, communications, or a related field.
