Plan and sell transportation, accommodations, insurance, and other travel services, utilizing your knowledge and expertise to provide personalized recommendations and solutions to clients. Cooperate with clients to determine their needs and advise them on appropriate destinations, modes of transportation, travel dates, costs, and accommodations, ensuring that all clients receive tailored support and guidance. Provide accurate, valid, and comprehensive information by utilizing the right methods and tools, staying up-to-date with new products, services, and policies, and maintaining a high level of knowledge and expertise in your field. Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times, ensuring that all interactions are handled with care and understanding. Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents, ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed accurately and efficiently. Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies, adhering to blithequark's standards and protocols, and contributing to the development of best practices in customer service and support. Qualifications and Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to have proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences and resolving complex issues. You will also need to have excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues at all levels. Essential Qualifications Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative, with a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices. Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues at all levels. Familiarity with CRM systems and practices, with the ability to utilize technology to deliver exceptional customer experiences and resolve complex issues. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues at all levels. High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred, with a strong educational foundation in a related field.
