Your key responsibilities will include: Responding to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone in a professional and timely manner, ensuring that all interactions are courteous, empathetic, and solution-focused. Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues, escalating complex cases to the appropriate teams when necessary to ensure prompt and effective resolution. Providing accurate, valid, and comprehensive information by utilizing the right methods and tools, staying up-to-date with our products, services, and policies to offer expert advice and support. Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times, taking the extra mile to engage customers and build a loyal client base. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional customer service and resolving issues efficiently. Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening, with the ability to communicate effectively and empathetically with customers from diverse backgrounds. Familiarity with CRM systems and practices, with the ability to learn and adapt to our technology and systems quickly. Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and concisely.
