Key Responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, providing timely and accurate responses to inquiries. Provide support for customer complaints and find resolutions to issues in a timely manner, maintaining a high standard of service that reflects blithequark's commitment to customer care. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: A high school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
