Job Overview In this dynamic and rewarding role, you will be responsible for efficiently and effectively answering member inquiries, solving problems, and assisting with transactions and lending inquiries through digital channels. As a one-stop shop for our members, you will provide expert support on a wide range of topics, including debit cards, disputes, deposits, NSF fees, transfers, and more. Your exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, will enable you to build strong relationships with our members, understand their needs, and provide personalized solutions that meet their financial goals. Key Responsibilities Efficiently and effectively answer member inquiries, solve problems, and assist with transactions and lending inquiries through digital channels, including email, web and mobile messaging, chat, and text. Provide support to ensure online membership applications are completed and submitted within a timely manner. Effectively discuss members' needs on financial matters through multiple remote technology secured/unsecured access channels. Act as a subject matter expert for all online products and services, including Online Banking, Bill Pay, Mobile Deposit, External Transfers, Online Account Opening, Mobile Banking, Chat, and Text Support. Maintain a strong working knowledge of arenaflex's products and services, including staying up-to-date on new offerings, features, and benefits. Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: A High School Diploma or equivalent. At least 1 year of experience in a customer service position, preferably in a financial services or related industry. Excellent oral, written, and telephone communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner. Strong problem-solving and member service skills, with a proven track record of resolving customer complaints and improving satisfaction ratings. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following preferred qualifications will be considered an asset: Previous experience in a remote or virtual work environment, with a proven ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Knowledge of financial services products and services, including banking, lending, and investment solutions. Experience with sales and customer service software, including CRM systems and chat platforms. Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with members who speak languages other than English.
