Assist gig workers in navigating the blithequark platform and troubleshoot any technical issues they may encounter, ensuring that they can focus on their work without unnecessary obstacles. Actively promote the benefits and features of blithequark to gig workers, encouraging engagement and participation in our platform and fostering a sense of community and belonging. Document and escalate complex or unresolved queries to the appropriate departments for further assistance, ensuring that our gig workers receive the support they need to succeed. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to have: Proven experience as a customer support agent or similar role, preferably in the gig economy or staffing industry, with a strong track record of providing exceptional customer service and support.
