Document and escalate complex or unresolved queries to the appropriate departments for further assistance, ensuring that gig workers receive the support they need. Essential Qualifications To succeed as a Chat Support Agent at blithequark, you will need: Proven experience as a customer support agent or similar role, preferably in the gig economy or staffing industry, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and concisely, even in complex or sensitive situations.
