Key Responsibilities Modifying and enforcing community guidelines to ensure a safe and inclusive environment for all users. Deleting messages that violate the Discord server's rules to maintain a respectful and appropriate atmosphere. Banning or muting users who repeatedly violate community guidelines, following a fair and consistent approach to moderation. Investigating user reports regarding rule violations, taking appropriate action, and documenting incidents for future reference. Collaborating with other moderators and team members to ensure consistency in moderation practices and to share best practices. Staying up-to-date with changes in community guidelines, Discord features, and moderation tools to continuously improve moderation skills. Qualifications and Requirements To be successful in this role, you should meet the following essential qualifications: Be at least 18 years of age or older.
