Enforce our community guidelines consistently and fairly, ensuring that all users are aware of and adhere to our rules and expectations. Collaborate with other moderators and members of the blithequark team to ensure a cohesive and effective approach to community management. Stay up-to-date with any changes to our community guidelines, Discord server settings, and other relevant policies or procedures. Qualifications and Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following essential qualifications: Be at least 18 years of age or older. Hold a High School Diploma or equivalent (GED). Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with users and other team members.
