About the Role: Appointment Setter for Sales Team Support As a Call Center Representative - Appointment Setter, you will be the frontline representative of our company, responsible for contacting prospective clients via telephone and email to schedule consultations with our Sales Representatives. Your primary objective will be to ensure that our sales team meets their monthly targets by setting up one-on-one or group meetings with potential clients who are interested in our products and services. Key Responsibilities: Maintain a detailed log of calls, including those that were not answered, and attempt to contact prospective clients who were previously unresponsive. Accept incoming calls from prospective clients and respond to their inquiries in a professional and courteous manner. Make outbound calls to prospective clients using a provided list of phone numbers, with the goal of scheduling consultations with our Sales Representatives. Familiarize yourself with the essential details of our products and services to effectively communicate their value to potential clients. Schedule consultations between prospective clients and Sales Representatives, ensuring a smooth handover and follow-up process. Field basic questions and concerns about our products and services, providing timely and accurate responses to prospective clients. Essential Qualifications and Skills: To succeed in this role, you will need to possess: Top-notch verbal, written, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clients. Outstanding listening skills and attention to detail, ensuring that you accurately capture client needs and concerns. Excellent phone etiquette and a professional, courteous disposition, reflecting positively on our company. A persuasive and results-oriented approach, driving sales growth and meeting targets. A high school diploma or equivalent, with proficiency in relevant computer applications. A reliable telephone line with nationwide calling capabilities and a stable WiFi connection. Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in a call center or sales environment, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Knowledge of customer service principles and practices, with a customer-centric approach. Language proficiency in English (or other languages as required), with the ability to communicate fluently and accurately.
