Your primary goal will be to research and resolve problems in a timely manner, ensuring our members receive the highest level of service and support. You'll work closely with other operational departments to research and resolve mail order and claims issues, while maintaining accurate and complete documentation of all inquiries. **Key Responsibilities** * Handle inbound and outbound member, provider, and physician calls to address pharmacy benefits-related inquiries * Answer questions related to pharmacy benefits while maintaining productivity standards and performance guarantees * Collaborate with other operational departments to research and resolve mail order and claims issues * Respond to members within performance agreement guidelines, ensuring timely resolution of issues * Maintain accurate and complete documentation of all inquiries to continuously improve the customer service process and reduce potential legal concerns * Identify and escalate concerns received from patients and/or clients in a prudent manner, ensuring corrective action is pursued and expedited to address their needs * Adhere to quality and production standards while complying with all applicable company, state, and federal safety regulations * Perform other duties as needed to support the team and achieve business objectives **Essential Qualifications** * 1 year of experience in a call center environment (preferred) * 1 year of experience in customer service (preferred) * Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders * Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to research and resolve complex issues * Proficiency in computerized systems, with the ability to gather information and respond to questions * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on productivity and performance standards * Strong documentation skills, with the ability to maintain accurate and complete records * Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on collaboration and communication **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience working in a healthcare or pharmacy benefits environment * Knowledge of pharmacy benefits programs and regulations * Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR)) * Experience working with computerized systems, such as CRM software or customer service platforms **Skills and Competencies** * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills * Proficiency in computerized systems * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment * Strong documentation skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong customer service skills, with a focus on empathy and understanding * Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines * Strong time management and organizational skills **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to supporting the growth and development of our team members.
