Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Remote Call Center Customer Service Representative to join our team at Blithequark. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for responding to inbound calls, initiating outbound calls, and resolving moderately complex issues in a timely and professional manner. Key Responsibilities Respond to inbound calls and initiate outbound calls to resolve moderately complex issues in a timely and professional manner. Return all internal/external calls, emails, and faxes in a timely manner, ensuring that customers' concerns are understood and resolution is clearly explained. Assist in developing action plans to resolve issues and build effective relationships with customers. Collaborate with the call center management team to identify areas for improvement and implement process changes to enhance customer satisfaction. Provide exceptional customer service by listening actively, empathizing with customers, and resolving issues in a fair and timely manner. Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call handling time, first-call resolution, and customer satisfaction ratings. Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge in customer service, communication, and problem-solving. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: A minimum of an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, communications, or customer service. At least 2 years of experience in a call center or customer service environment, with a strong focus on resolving moderately complex issues. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues in a fair and timely manner. Proficiency in using technology, including CRM software, phone systems, and other tools to manage customer interactions.
