As a remote call center customer service representative, you will play a vital role in connecting with individuals who have been impacted and guiding them through the process of potentially qualifying for compensation. Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate remote call center customer service representative to join our team. As a representative, you will be responsible for connecting with individuals who have expressed interest in our services and determining their eligibility for compensation. This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Connect with individuals who have filled out a form to determine their eligibility for compensation, utilizing an automated dialer to manage a high volume of connections Speak with 40-50 callers per day, with 1-5 callers potentially qualifying for compensation, and provide them with accurate and empathetic support Multitask by listening, answering questions, and viewing multiple windows to ensure seamless communication and data entry Achieve or exceed monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to improve retention, upsell, and cross-sell rates and goals Utilize phone software (VICI) and our Proprietary Customer Relationship Database (CRM) to accurately manage customer interactions and follow scripts as appropriate Participate in training and other learning opportunities to expand your knowledge of the position and stay up-to-date on industry developments Adhere to all company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and maintaining the highest level of customer service Assist with other projects as needed, demonstrating your flexibility and willingness to contribute to the team's success Troubleshoot and problem-solve basic IT issues, ensuring minimal downtime and maximizing productivity Requirements To be successful in this role, you must: Reside in the State of Florida or New Jersey, with a quiet, distraction-free space to work Have a reliable, hardwired desktop or laptop PC (with 8GB of RAM, 20 GB of free storage, and a 1.2 GHz or faster CPU) and high-speed internet (with a minimum of 50Mbps download and 100MBps upload) Utilize a reliable, noise-cancellation headset that is wired via USB (such as a gaming headset with a mic) Have a strong background in a call-center environment and sales-focused experience, with a minimum of 2+ years of phone sales and customer service experience Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as strong interpersonal and customer service skills Demonstrate competitive spirit, working as a team player while also being motivated by performance-based pay Be available to work 40+ hours per week, with the ability to manage appointments and other responsibilities during earned vacation days or outside business hours What We Offer At arenaflex, we are committed to providing our employees with a comprehensive benefits package, including: Health insurance, vision, and dental coverage, ensuring your well-being and that of your loved ones Paid holidays and paid time off (PTO), allowing you to recharge and pursue your passions Eligibility for overtime outside of the training period, providing opportunities for additional income and professional growth A competitive salary range, starting at $17.31/hour, with commissions and bonuses that can increase your total compensation to $33.00+/hour (or $70,000+ per year) Hours of Operation As a remote call center customer service representative, you will work a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week, with the following hours: Monday-Thursday: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern or 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM Eastern Friday: 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM Eastern Training schedule: Monday-Thursday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern, and Friday, 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM Eastern Career Growth and Development At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
