Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Remote Call Center Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a representative, you will be the first point of contact for individuals who have expressed interest in our services. Your primary responsibility will be to connect with these individuals, assess their eligibility for compensation, and provide them with the necessary information and support. Key Responsibilities Connect with individuals who have filled out a form to assess their eligibility for compensation, using an automated dialer to manage a high volume of connections Speak with 40-50 callers daily, with 1-5 callers potentially qualifying for compensation, and provide them with empathetic support and guidance Multitask effectively, listening to callers, answering questions, and viewing multiple windows on your computer screen Achieve or exceed monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to improve retention, upsell, and cross-sell rates and goals Utilize phone software (VICI) and our Proprietary Customer Relationship Database (CRM) accurately, following scripts and guidelines provided Participate in training and other learning opportunities to expand your knowledge of the position and stay up-to-date on industry developments Adhere to all company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and maintaining the highest standards of customer service Assist with other projects as needed, demonstrating your flexibility and willingness to contribute to the team's success Troubleshoot and problem-solve basic IT issues, ensuring that technical problems do not disrupt your work Candidate Profile To succeed in this role, you should possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as strong interpersonal and customer service skills. You should be competitive, motivated, and results-driven, with a strong background in call-center environments and sales-focused roles. Requirements Reside in the State of Florida or New Jersey Have a quiet, distraction-free space to work, with a reliable hardwired Desktop or Laptop PC (no Mac or Chromebook) that meets our technical requirements (8GB of RAM, 20 GB of free storage, 1.2 GHz or faster CPU) Have high-speed internet (50Mbps with 100MBps upload minimum - standard internet) and a reliable noise-cancellation headset that is wired via USB Have a strong background in call-center environments and sales-focused roles, with at least 2+ years of phone sales/customer service experience Be able to work 40+ hours per week, with a full-time schedule that includes Monday-Thursday 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern or 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM Eastern, and Friday 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM Eastern What We Offer At blithequark, we are committed to providing our employees with a comprehensive benefits package that includes: Health Insurance, Vision & Dental Coverage Paid Holidays and Paid Time Off (PTO) Eligibility for overtime outside of the training period A competitive salary range that starts at $17.31/hour, with commissions and bonuses that can increase your total compensation to $33.00+/hour ($70,000+) Career Growth and Development At blithequark, we are dedicated to helping our employees grow and develop in their careers.
