Key Responsibilities Assess customers' needs, suggesting products and services that meet their home and business requirements Adjust billing, negotiate claims, and arrange product substitutions or returns as needed Remain current on arenaflex products and services, ensuring that you have the knowledge and expertise to provide exceptional customer experiences Own the customer experience, taking ownership of customer issues and resolving them in a timely and professional manner Who You Are We're looking for individuals who are passionate about customer service, have excellent communication skills, and are able to work in a fast-paced environment. Essential Qualifications High school diploma, GED, or relevant work experience 6 months of experience using a computer and navigating multiple screens 1 or more years of customer service experience Must live in Wichita, KS, Baton Rouge, LA, Oklahoma City, OK, Omaha, NE, Hampton Roads, VA, or a surrounding community within those states Must have a high-speed internet connection available in your home Excellent skills in creating an exceptional customer experience, sales orientation, multi-tasking, building customer rapport, and problem-solving Ability to learn and apply new procedures Good teamwork and communication skills Solid analytical skills to determine the best course of action to resolve issues Must be able to work in a highly structured call center environment Enthusiastic and personable Preferred Qualifications 1+ years of experience working in a position that requires meeting sales goals 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role, not specific to just call centers Strong aptitude for helping customers and a customer experience focus Ability to adapt to constant change What's in It for You?
