Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and service-minded Remote Benefits Customer Service Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, presenting and explaining insurance products and benefits packages, and selling and up-selling insurance to new and existing clients. Key Responsibilities Inbound and outbound calling to engage with clients and provide exceptional customer service Scheduling appointments with clients who request our benefits and presenting insurance products and benefits packages over Zoom video calls Selling and up-selling insurance to new and existing clients, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of our benefits and services Completing applications for insurance products and ensuring accurate and timely processing Reporting daily numbers and providing regular updates on sales performance Attending optional training classes to enhance skills and knowledge Completing tasks required by underwriters to facilitate client approval for coverage What We Offer At blithequark, we believe in investing in our employees' growth and well-being.
