About the Role and Responsibilities As a Benefits Administration Services Associate II, you will be responsible for responding to client-specific inquiries through multiple channels, including telephone and web correspondence. Your primary goal will be to provide exceptional customer service, assisting participants with the information needed to make informed decisions. Completing follow-up and call backs in a timely manner, escalating issues as appropriate to ensure prompt resolution. Gathering information to keep customer profiles and accounts up-to-date, maintaining accurate and detailed records. Providing great customer service, ensuring that all interactions are positive and professional. Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications: A High School Diploma or an equivalent level of education, demonstrating a strong foundation in communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to successfully pass a criminal background check and drug test, ensuring a safe and secure work environment. Demonstrated problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box. Ability to type a minimum of 20 WPM (words per minute) on a computer, with strong data entry and keyboarding skills. Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
