Key Responsibilities Participate in monthly virtual meetings to contribute to our company's mission and culture Collaborate with clients to create personalized itineraries and provide tailored support Embody our company culture and live out our Core Values and Mission Statement Respond to client inquiries and requests promptly, ensuring no one falls through the cracks Manage payments, send payment reminders, and handle flight changes, seat assignments, and concierge details Correspond with clients about their preferences, arrange surprises, and notify hotels of preferences before departure Prepare client documents and travel tips, advising on what should be printed, and ensuring everything is ready 3 weeks before departure Assist with internal coordination, distribute necessary information, and set schedules to manage time effectively Manage client profiles and bookings, serving as backup travel support or the main point of contact during emergencies Continuously grow in your ability to implement tools that enhance our remote workplace culture What We're Looking For We're seeking driven self-starters who are proactive, positive, and trustworthy.
