Key Responsibilities Exemplify blithequark's Core Values and Mission Statement to live out our culture and promote a positive and professional attitude Foster teamwork by collaborating with and helping teammates, ensuring that no client falls through the cracks and that each client is surprised and delighted by our service Respond to client requests and questions in a timely and professional manner, applying for payments and sending out payment reminders as directed Manage flight changes and seat assignments, as well as concierge-related details for clients, such as spa, touring, and dinner reservations Correspond with clients on preferences, assist with arranging surprises and welcome notes, and notify hotels of client preferences in a timely manner Prepare client documents and travel tips, either electronically or in hard copy, advising clients on what should be printed and providing essential information to ensure a seamless travel experience Update daily activity, reporting, and status in our cloud-based CRM, ensuring that all client information is accurate and up-to-date Set schedules and manage time effectively and efficiently, prioritizing tasks and ensuring that all deadlines are met Manage client profiles and bookings, serving as a backup travel support and main point of contact as needed in case of emergencies Continue to grow in savvy and proficiency, implementing tools and strategies to heighten our remote workplace culture and promote collaboration and communication among team members Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you must be a driven self-starter, positive thinker, proactive, and trustworthy.
