Key Responsibilities Gathering, collating, and preparing documents, materials, and information for data entry, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Conducting research to obtain information for incomplete documents and materials, utilizing various sources and tools. Creating digital documents from paper or dictation, maintaining high levels of accuracy and attention to detail. Reviewing all documents and information for accuracy and informing the supervisor of any errors or inconsistencies, ensuring prompt resolution. Capturing data into digital databases and performing regular backups, adhering to data management best practices. Updating and maintaining databases, archives, and filing systems, ensuring seamless data retrieval and storage. Monitoring and reviewing databases and correcting errors or inconsistencies, maintaining data quality and integrity. Generating and exporting data reports, spreadsheets, and documents as needed, providing valuable insights and support to the team. Performing clerical duties such as filing, monitoring office supplies, scanning, and printing as needed, maintaining a well-organized and efficient work environment. Qualifications and Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a combination of education, experience, and skills. The essential qualifications and requirements for this position include: High school diploma or GED, demonstrating a strong foundation in basic education. At least 1 year of experience as a data entry operator or in a similar role, showcasing your ability to work with digital databases and perform clerical duties. Excellent typing abilities, with high accuracy and speed, enabling you to efficiently capture and process large volumes of data. Excellent time management and multitasking abilities, allowing you to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
