Job Summary We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in the liquid processing market. This is a remote-based position that requires a strong and diverse skillset in relevant areas to drive success. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the beverage aseptic processing market and be adept at connecting us with both established and emerging companies within the industry. Responsibilities and Tasks The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for the following duties and responsibilities: Identifying and Pursuing Sales Leads: Identify and pursue sales leads in the liquid processing market, utilizing market knowledge and industry connections to drive results. Collaborating with Colleagues and Industry Networking: Collaborate with colleagues and industry professionals to build relationships and identify new business opportunities. Participating in Trade Shows: Participate in trade shows and industry functions to showcase our products and services and build relationships with potential clients. Pre-qualifying Sales Leads and Developing Sales Opportunities: Pre-qualify sales leads and develop sales opportunities by reviewing RFQs, clarifying customer requirements, and preparing proposals. Reviewing RFQs and Clarifying Customer Requirements: Review RFQs and clarify customer requirements to ensure that our products and services meet their needs. Assisting with Writing Proposals: Assist with writing proposals and preparing technical and sales presentations to showcase our products and services. Preparing and Presenting Technical and Sales Presentations: Prepare and present technical and sales presentations to potential clients and industry professionals. Continually Updating CRM and Forecast Lists: Continually update CRM and forecast lists to ensure that our sales efforts are aligned with our business goals. Negotiating Contracts: Negotiate contracts with potential clients to ensure that our products and services meet their needs and that our business goals are met. Preparing Commercial Offers and Order Acceptance Documents: Prepare commercial offers and order acceptance documents to ensure that our sales efforts are aligned with our business goals. Participating in Turnover Meetings: Participate in turnover meetings to ensure that our sales efforts are aligned with our business goals and that our products and services meet the needs of our clients. Maintaining Client Contact and Managing Expectations: Maintain client contact and manage expectations to ensure that our products and services meet the needs of our clients and that our business goals are met. Your Profile and Qualifications We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager who possesses the following qualifications and skills: BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: Degree in Engineering (e.g. Chemical or Mechanical) or Similar Experience in the Beverage Industry: A degree in engineering or similar experience in the beverage industry is required. 5+ Years of Experience in Technical B2B Sales and/or Beverage Industry: 5+ years of experience in technical B2B sales and/or the beverage industry is required. Willingness to Travel: The ability to travel approximately 50% of the time to visit customers, potential clients, trade shows, and industry functions is required. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Proven Experience in Selling Integrated Custom Engineered Process Systems within the Beverage Industry: Proven experience in selling integrated custom engineered process systems within the beverage industry is preferred. Good Interpersonal Skills and Ability to Work Well in a Team Setting: Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team setting are preferred. Detail-Oriented and Ability to Provide Timely Feedback: A detail-oriented approach and the ability to provide timely feedback to both internal and external customers are preferred. Working Knowledge of MS Office Products, SAP C4C, and Lotus Notes: A working knowledge of MS Office products, SAP C4C, and Lotus Notes is preferred.
