Job Overview The Regional Human Resources Manager role with us is a once-in-a-career opportunity to make a significant impact. We are a company in growth mode, and our HR function is no exception. As a Regional Human Resources Manager, you will be at the forefront of building HR processes and teams, shaping a world-class HR organization, and driving business results through strategic talent development and management. This role can be based anywhere in the Southwestern United States, with a preference for the Phoenix area. Key Responsibilities Serve as a strategic partner to business leaders, establishing HR business objectives that align with regional goals and objectives. Guide, oversee, and resolve complex employee relations issues, ensuring that all matters are handled with sensitivity, professionalism, and in compliance with employment laws and company policies. Work closely with leadership and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment. Provide performance management guidance, including coaching, counseling, career development, succession planning, and corrective action, to Regional leadership, ensuring that all employees have the support and resources needed to excel in their roles. Analyze HR trends and metrics to develop solutions in collaboration with the business, driving data-driven decision-making and process improvements. Design and oversee multiple concurrent projects, working collaboratively with teams in support of business objectives, and ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Maintain in-depth knowledge of employment law requirements, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance, and provide guidance and interpretation of HR policy to all stakeholders. Identify development needs and individual manager coaching needs, creating and implementing development plans that support the growth and success of our employees. Partner with regional and plant leadership to create and implement individual development plans, ensuring that all employees have a clear understanding of their roles, responsibilities, and career paths. Essential Qualifications Bachelor's Degree preferred with 7+ years of business partner and people leadership experience, preferably in a manufacturing or distribution environment. A result-oriented individual who assumes ownership of their work, with a strong sense of urgency and a proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines. Ability to follow up and execute quickly and efficiently, with a strong focus on customer service and employee satisfaction. Ability to build and maintain trust-based, collaborative relationships, and influence others, with a strong understanding of the importance of effective communication and stakeholder management. Demonstrates initiative, tenacity, and the ability to think critically to reach the best solution, with a strong problem-solving and analytical mindset. A confident communicator, both verbally and in writing, with strong judgment, proactive, and approachable, and a strong ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner. Effective problem-solving, process improvement, and critical thinking skills, with a strong ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop solutions that drive business results. Team-oriented with the ability to flex in support of timelines and deliverables, with a strong understanding of the importance of teamwork, collaboration, and mutual support. Working knowledge of MS Windows and HRIS systems is necessary to be effective, with a strong ability to learn and adapt to new systems and technologies. Travel requirements vary based on need, approximately 30%, with a willingness to travel to different locations, including manufacturing facilities, distribution centers, and other company sites. Bi-lingual English/Spanish preferred, with a strong ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders, including employees, customers, and suppliers. Must reside in the Southwest Region, with a strong understanding of the local market, culture, and business environment. Preferred Qualifications Master's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, with a strong focus on strategic management, talent development, and organizational effectiveness. Professional certification in Human Resources, such as SHRM-CP or PHR, with a strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and regulations. Experience working in a manufacturing or distribution environment, with a strong understanding of the challenges and opportunities of working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Experience with HRIS systems, including Workday, BambooHR, or similar systems, with a strong ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop solutions that drive business results. Experience with performance management, succession planning, and talent development, with a strong ability to create and implement development plans that support the growth and success of our employees.
