Job Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Ramp Agent and Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our ground handling team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient handling of aircraft, cargo, and passenger operations. Key Responsibilities Safely lift, load, unload, and transport cargo, mail, and freight to and from aircraft, as well as operate ground equipment such as tugs, belt loaders, and tow tractors in congested areas. Protect cargo, baggage, and mail from damage, loss, and weather conditions. Operate equipment such as scanners and computers to ensure accurate handling and delivery of cargo and baggage. Provide exceptional customer service to passengers, including responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and offering assistance as needed. Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure seamless operations and maintain high standards of safety and customer satisfaction. Adapt to changing situations and priorities, including varying weather conditions, flight schedules, and operational requirements. Essential Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field. Valid driver's license and ability to operate ground equipment. Fluency in English and ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and customers. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations and priorities. Physical ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods, as well as work in varying weather conditions. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in airline operations, customer service, or a related field. Knowledge of safety procedures and protocols, as well as relevant regulations and standards. Ability to speak multiple languages and communicate effectively with diverse customer groups. Experience with equipment operation, maintenance, and repair.
