Job Overview The Quality Control Standards Data Analyst will assist in utilizing data to create, present, and make recommendations for novel ideas and actions, as well as perform root cause analysis to mitigate the risk of non-compliance through process improvements. These enhancements will support arenaflex's objectives, including maintaining low costs, modernizing operations, and improving compliance, thereby providing a competitive advantage. Key Responsibilities Perform and assist others in the Quality Control team in timely data collection, validation, and root cause analysis on data elements. Assist in creating and communicating results from complex data and analysis for both technical and non-technical stakeholders and leaders. Assist in analyzing ad-hoc requests resulting from emerging support issues and provide insightful responses to enable senior management to make informed business decisions while balancing existing project responsibility. Present insights, trends, and potential recommendations using data visualization tools supporting the relevant aspects of the analysis to facilitate stakeholder understanding. Assist in creating and distributing specific queries to pull and organize data from various sources, establishing the frequency, and validating the necessity of the data requirements. Identify irregularities in processes through audits and convey findings to the team. Assess the effectiveness of processes and procedures by monitoring for trends and errors. Ensure that a compliance mindset is at the center of every decision. May perform other work duties as directed by the team leader. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will possess: A strong ability to collect, organize, analyze critical amounts of data with attention to detail and accuracy. Experience with PowerPoint to build presentations for verbal communications is preferred. Past internship, capstone projects, and research coursework is preferred. The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. The ability to prioritize tasks effectively and be an independent problem-solver. Past internship experience in a related field is preferred. The ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately. The ability to plan and support large business initiatives.
