Job Overview The QA Analyst position at blithequark is a full-time, remote opportunity that offers a competitive salary of $26 per hour. As a QA Analyst, you will be responsible for establishing measurement and dashboard requirements, improving existing estimation systems and tools, and optimizing data solutions for budget and mission estimation. This is a contract position that requires a strong background in data analysis, process improvement, and team collaboration. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with advertising campaign managers, operations, and our central analytics team to gather data and metrics requirements Manage and optimize integrated reporting for internal advertising spend and performance, leading audits, improving data processes surrounding data flow, and ensuring data accuracy Oversee in-house processes for advertising experimentation, tracking and logging ongoing studies/tests across blithequark platforms, and building automation to improve data accuracy and scalability Write high-quality SQL queries to retrieve and analyze data from database tables Collaborate with our analytics and cross-functional partners to identify and rectify data integrity/accuracy issues across our reporting, data framework, and dashboards Essential Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field 2+ years of experience in SQL (Oracle, Vertica, Hive, MySQL, etc.) Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams Experience building/working with distributed systems of data extraction, ingestion, and processing of large datasets from multiple sources Self-starter with flexibility to work in a fast-changing environment and uncertain circumstances Experience working independently and a history of taking initiative Solid presentation and interpersonal skills Preferred Qualifications Associate's degree in Computer Programming or equivalent training Experience with data analysis, process improvement, and team collaboration Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design patterns Experience with cloud-based technologies and agile development methodologies Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex problems and develop creative solutions Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At blithequark, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
