As a PROServices Execution Tech Liaison Senior Manager, you will serve as the Lead and System Administrator for multiple platforms across PRO Services, including Installation Management System (IMS), Sale Furnish & Install (SF&I), Installation Made Easy (IME), Service Provider Portal, Repairs, and more. Your Impact and Responsibilities As a Subject Matter Expert (SME), you will be responsible for providing system-specific expertise, training, support, and troubleshooting for our PRO Services systems. You will serve as the point-of-contact for questions and issues regarding the systems and associated processes, working closely with business leaders and other stakeholders to identify needed system enhancements and define requirements for them. Serve as the Lead and System Administrator for multiple platforms across PRO Services, including IMS, SF&I, IME, Service Provider Portal, Repairs, and more. Provide system-specific expertise, training, support, and troubleshooting for PRO Services systems. Identify system enhancements, define requirements, develop business cases, and work with Technology Product Management to design and test solutions. Resolve work order issues through troubleshooting and responding to escalations, including direct inquiries, 4S mailbox, and Remedy tickets. Partner with Technology to develop a strategy for User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and subsequent testing prior to application launch. Support additional New Technology Development across Services, including platforms like APEX, AIM, Remote Order + Tender, Automate Payments, Reconciliation, and more. Essential and Preferred Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a strong and diverse skillset in relevant areas, including: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, Operations, or a related field, and 6 years of related industry experience (Installation, Repair, or US Home Improvement). 6 years of experience in data analytics, performance reporting, or a related field. Preferred qualifications include 6 years of experience in a Store Operations role, with an emphasis on Install and/or Specialty Sales experience.
