We are now seeking an experienced Project Manager and Customer Success Specialist to join our team in a fully remote position in the USA. Job Overview The Project Manager and Customer Success Specialist will be responsible for the end-to-end management of client license portfolios, ensuring the successful implementation and release of Business License Services for enterprise customers. As the main contact for customers and internal partners, you will coordinate, organize, and direct the onboarding process, manage risk and issue management, plan and schedule resources, and balance time, budget, and quality. Your expertise in project management, customer service, and data analysis will be essential in driving customer satisfaction and loyalty. Key Responsibilities Understand the main goals and build knowledge of blithequark, its processes, and customers Manage the post-sales customer lifecycle, including ongoing assistance, customer renewals, product improvements, up- and cross-selling Participate in a smooth customer onboarding process, ensuring an easy introduction for the customer from the outset Coordinate, organize, and direct the onboarding process, managing the completion of work by other team members and teams Handle risk and issue management, planning and resource scheduling, and scope management Communicate effectively with partner representatives, government agencies, colleagues, and clients Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: A bachelor's degree in liberal arts, business, management, or a related discipline; or 3 years of consultative customer service or account management experience, or equivalent At least 3 years of experience in consultative customer service, licensing, or project management (or equivalent) Strong project management skills, with the ability to guide other team members and departments Data analysis capabilities, with proficiency in MS Excel and the ability to maintain complex spreadsheets Knowledge of corporate governance and customer service fundamentals Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are preferred: 5 years or more of consultative customer service or account management experience, including experience with CT business practices, processes, products, and services Demonstrated knowledge of process and project management standards Experience working in a remote or virtual team environment Certifications in project management, customer service, or a related field Skills and Competencies To excel in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and competencies: Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop creative solutions Ability to work effectively in a remote or virtual team environment, with minimal supervision Strong attention to detail, with a focus on delivering high-quality results Career Growth and Development At blithequark, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
