About the Role We are looking for a seasoned Project Management Professional to lead the development and execution of a Center of Excellence for vital portfolio management within our Reservations division. The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of project management skills, business acumen, and a passion for driving business growth and innovation. As a Remote Reservations Operations Manager, you will be responsible for leading high-impact projects across the RES division, fostering collaboration and communication among cross-functional teams, and driving business outcomes that align with our company's strategic objectives. Key Responsibilities Lead the project management of high-value projects across the RES division, including organizing tasks from project inception to execution and closure Develop and maintain project artifacts, including project charters, project plans, risk and issue logs, and dashboards Manage multiple simultaneous projects of varying complexity and priority, across different teams or stakeholders Drive the development of our company's culture at the functional level, ensuring alignment and engagement among partners across the broader organization Foster communication methodologies and implement cycles, exercises, and projects that result in optimal dissemination of information and communication consistency, increasing awareness of project expectations, change management, and impact Support the development of business cases, prioritization, and divisional portfolio management Maintain and establish effective relationships and feedback loops between leaders, functional partners, and cross-divisional Delta teams Support the growth plan and development of the RES PMO capability and the development of a Center of Excellence for vital portfolio management What You Need to Succeed To excel in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications: Essential Qualifications Exceptional organizing, coordination, and innovative problem-solving skills Proven track record of success in managing and delivering multiple projects of varying sizes and complexity Unparalleled communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to work across the organization, and the ability to build and effectively manage relationships with partners and senior leadership Ability to lead and work independently and within a team Capability in written and oral communications, and ability to produce concise reports for executive presentations Must perform satisfactorily in their current position Models Delta's Standards of the Street, guiding principle, and safety-conscious behaviors Where allowed by relevant regulation, you have received or will receive the COVID-19 vaccination by date of hire to be considered for U.S.-based work, while possibly not already employed by Delta Carriers, Inc.
