About the Role The arenaflex InHome team is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Staff Item Director to own the customer delivery experience. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for the entire customer journey, from placing an InHome order to receiving daily groceries seamlessly in their refrigerators. You will collaborate closely with the customer success team and work cross-functionally to gather insights and buy-in on projects that drive high customer satisfaction scores. Your expertise will be instrumental in defining and developing an item strategy for the InHome customer experience, building the product roadmap, and analyzing the progress of features through data and key metrics.
