As a Principal Solutions Consultant – Customer Service, you will play a pivotal role in evangelizing and demonstrating the value of our cutting-edge customer service solutions to our clients. About the Role As a Principal Solutions Consultant – Customer Service at blithequark, you will collaborate with industry-aligned sales teams, solutions consultants, product managers, and partner organizations to ensure the successful execution of our sales strategy. You will be the ‘go-to’ expert for our customer service solutions, driving digital transformation initiatives and helping our clients unlock the full potential of our technology. Key Responsibilities Develop and deliver highly engaging demonstrations and presentations that showcase the capabilities of our customer service solutions and help clients visualize and transform their employee and customer experiences. Present tailored solutions, lead workshops, create solution architectures, and facilitate client engagements to address client needs and develop effective selling and solution delivery strategies. Act as a trusted advisor to our clients, partners, and internal teams, providing expert guidance on the value and potential of our customer service solutions. Collaborate with field teams and clients to evangelize solutions that drive innovation and adoption, and foster strong partnerships with internal leaders in product development, product marketing, alliances, industry business units, and other peer specialist organizations globally. Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and competitive solutions, sharing knowledge with regional industry solution consulting teams and creating reusable best practice assets such as value propositions, whitepapers, presentations, workshops, and demos. Who You Are To succeed in this role, you are passionate about people and technology, with technical and business experience in client-facing roles such as presales, consulting, technical enablement, or software application development and delivery. You are a recognized leader, coach, and mentor, with the ability to inspire others and take a lead role without requiring a formal manager role. Essential Qualifications Extensive experience developing and/or selling enterprise software solutions to large enterprise clients. Working experience in a complex, matrixed environment, building, scaling, and developing business and technical relationships. BA/BS Degree or equivalent business experience. Experience working with sales personnel to develop customer-specific solutions to complex problems. Delivered proofs of concept and custom demonstrations, and educated customers on product capabilities. Intimate knowledge of the various technologies in play across servicing channels, including contact center technologies such as telephony, digital channels, CCaaS, content and knowledge, WFM, etc. Preferred Qualifications Recognized expertise in customer service and our platform, with firsthand knowledge of contact center technologies. Strategic thinker with the ability to build and present robust product demos, combined with the communication skills needed to develop customer relationships by listening to, understanding, and anticipating client needs. Experienced in software development and architecture, project management, requirements engineering, product management, and solution architecture. A technical strategist, innovator, and entrepreneur able to come up with fresh ideas, develop and execute them to scale the business in alignment with the broader customer service strategy and commercial goals. A strong mentor to others in the organization, helping to support training and mentorship for the field and scaling the organization’s knowledge in customer service.
