About the Role We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Pre-Licensed Customer Service Representative to join our team in a remote capacity. As a key contributor to our customer service team, you will be responsible for fielding customer inquiries, resolving complex issues, and providing innovative solutions to respond to consumer concerns. You will work in a collaborative and engaging environment, interacting with people from all walks of life, and no two days will be the same. Key Responsibilities Resolve complex consumer issues and advise first-level representatives on high-level issues Assist policyholders with billing questions and concerns Provide support to policyholders with any policy changes requested Support policyholders' needs by providing recommendations and adjusting as necessary Use excellent decision-making skills and innovation to resolve issues and respond to consumer concerns while adhering to company and departmental guidelines Qualifications and Requirements To be successful in this role, you should have: At least 6 months of customer service experience Be over 18 years of age Ability to type 25 wpm High School Graduate or GED Comfort with desktop computer systems Proven oral and written communication skills Logical problem-solving skills Availability to work various shifts Ability to use Windows operating systems Organization and work prioritization skills Preferred qualifications include: 6 months of call center experience Work from Home Requirements To work from home, you'll need: A reliable internet connection with a minimum subscribed download rate of 12.0 Mbps and a minimum subscribed upload rate of 3.0 Mbps An ISP with no packet loss and ping under 50ms Proof of internet speed A clean and quiet workspace Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we're committed to providing a workplace that is conducive to happiness and a healthy work-life balance.
