Key Responsibilities As a Pre-K Gym Instructor at The Little Gym of Friendswood, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality classes based on our proven curriculum and teaching method. Your key responsibilities will include: Teaching amazing classes that promote physical, emotional, and cognitive development in children, using our proprietary curriculum and teaching method. Providing an outstanding customer service experience, treating our members like family and ensuring their needs are met with a smile. Maintaining a clean, safe, and nurturing environment, adhering to our high standards of health and safety. Hosting parties and events, creating unforgettable experiences for children and their families. Building relationships with children, parents, and colleagues, fostering a sense of community and teamwork. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: A background in child development, physical education, gymnastics, or dance, with a passion for working with young children. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with children, parents, and colleagues. A high level of energy, enthusiasm, and patience, with a willingness to be a goofball and celebrate kids' successes. A commitment to providing outstanding customer service, with a focus on creating a positive experience for our members. Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends, with flexibility to adapt to changing schedules.
