As a Phone & Chat Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be part of a dynamic team that's shaping the future of healthcare. **Responsibilities** As a Phone & Chat Specialist, you'll be responsible for: * Managing large volumes of inbound and outbound calls in a timely and efficient manner * Handling multiple chat channels simultaneously, providing exceptional customer service to our clients and their patients * Following established communication scripts to ensure consistency and accuracy in handling different topics * Identifying customers' needs, clarifying information, researching, and providing solutions and/or alternatives to meet their requirements * Accessing company and client resources to accurately handle calls and provide the best possible experience for our clients and their patients * Performing data entry and customer service skills to ensure seamless communication and record-keeping * Navigating online platforms efficiently to verify credentials and facilitate the deployment of healthcare professionals * Working requests/records received for those requesting to sign up for a shift, identifying customers' needs, and researching to see if requests have the necessary credentials * Skilfully transitioning between tasks without loss of efficiency or composure * Maintaining punctuality and attendance at all scheduled times, being available at your desk and ready to work * Remaining positive and professional in all customer interactions, providing a warm and welcoming experience for our clients and their patients * Demonstrating flexibility to cross-train as requested, adapting to changing priorities and requirements **Qualifications** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * 1 year of customer service or customer support experience * 1 year of previous call center or office background experience required * Technical savvy, with the ability to navigate online platforms efficiently * Previous remote work from home experience a plus * Quick learner and able to work independently, with a strong attention to detail * Type 35 words per minute accurately, with strong phone and verbal communication skills * A background check applicable with state and federal laws is required **Essential Skills** * Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and their patients * Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to research and provide solutions to meet customers' needs * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously * Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and deliver results * Proficiency in using technology, including online platforms and software applications * Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of a team **Preferred Qualifications** * Previous experience in the healthcare industry or a related field * Certification in customer service or a related field * Experience working with online platforms and software applications * Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance **Career Growth Opportunities** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
