Following up with nurses via written messages to confirm the validity of their credentials for the chosen facility. Managing multiple chat channels simultaneously while maintaining high levels of customer service. Following established communication scripts when addressing different topics. Identifying customers' needs, clarifying information, researching, and providing solutions or alternatives as needed. Utilizing company and client resources to accurately handle calls and chats. Performing data entry and customer service tasks with precision and speed. Navigating online platforms efficiently to manage work requests and records for shift sign-ups.
