Provide pharmacist support related to prescription processing as needed, demonstrating your expertise and knowledge of pharmacy regulations and procedures. Assist with inbound call volume, responding to queries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner. Collaborate with pharmacists, other pharmacy technicians, and reimbursement specialists to ensure efficient and effective operations. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: Previous 3+ years of professional work experience as a Pharmacy Technician, with a strong understanding of pharmacy regulations and procedures. Pharmacy Technician license (National license preferred), with the ability to obtain licensure in the state of Texas if not currently licensed. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities with ease.
