Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Pharmacy Technician and Data Entry Specialist to join our team at blithequark. As a Pharmacy Technician, you will be the front and center of our pharmacy operations, interacting with customers, and developing strong patient relationships. You will be responsible for using pharmacy systems to retrieve patient and drug information, process prescriptions, and provide excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities Assist the pharmacist, under direct supervision, in the practice of pharmacy, according to state and federal regulations Use pharmacy systems to retrieve patient and drug information, process prescriptions, and provide excellent customer service Assist pharmacists in scheduling and maintaining workflow, perform duties as assigned by the Pharmacy Manager Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhere to company policies and procedures Develop strong relationships with customers, engage with them, and provide assistance with services and products Resolve customer issues and answer inquiries to ensure a positive customer experience Model and share customer service best practices with all team members to deliver a unique and delightful customer experience Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English. You should have a strong foundation in math skills, including counting, measuring, and weighing medications. Additionally, you should have basic computer skills and knowledge of store inventory control. Preferred qualifications include six months of experience in a retail environment, previous work experience with blithequark, and PTCB certification.
