Your primary responsibilities will include: Conducting in-person demonstrations and trainings with patients and caregivers on our products, ensuring they understand how to use them effectively and safely Building strong relationships with patients, introducing them to our products, discussing financial options, and closing sales Delivering trainings via telehealth, ensuring patients receive comprehensive support and guidance Documenting patient interactions, maintaining accurate records, and adhering to regulatory requirements, including HIPAA Collaborating with territory partners to facilitate order completion, collection of signatures, and other documentation required for insurance purposes Identifying, escalating, and communicating patient concerns or support needs to the appropriate department Maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements and established performance expectations Essential Qualifications and Skills To succeed in this role, you will need: A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience 2+ years of experience in a patient-facing, education/training, or highly advanced customer service role Ability to lift 20 pounds regularly and travel up to 80% within your assigned territory Strong interpersonal communication skills, including empathy, active listening, and conflict resolution Excellent organization and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple appointments Ability to work remotely, independently, and as part of a team Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills in healthcare-related situations Proficiency in using technology to complete paperwork, update records, and communicate progress Preferred Qualifications and Skills While not required, the following qualifications and skills are preferred: Health-related certification Medical device or healthcare industry experience Knowledge of regulatory requirements, including HIPAA Experience working with patients from diverse cultures, ages, and abilities Ability to speak multiple languages, with English as the primary language Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At Tactile Medical, we are committed to supporting the growth and development of our employees.
