Key Responsibilities Answer a high volume of inbound calls (80+ per day) from patients, doctor's offices, and private insurance carriers, providing timely and effective solutions to their queries and concerns. Initiate payment plans for patients with outstanding balances, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free experience. Utilize multiple resources to resolve patient inquiries while on the phone, demonstrating excellent problem-solving skills and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. Maintain performance goals, consistently meeting or exceeding targets, and demonstrating a strong work ethic and dedication to excellence. Become proficient in our processes and systems after completing a comprehensive training program, demonstrating a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent, demonstrating a strong foundation in education and a commitment to lifelong learning. Ability to work and learn in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on attention to detail, excellent organization skills, and proficiency in navigating multiple computer screens and applications. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively interact with patients, colleagues, and other stakeholders. Ability to work independently in a remote setting, with a dedicated work-from-home space, and a reliable internet connection (minimum 50 megabytes per second download speed). Previous medical and/or call center experience is highly desirable, although not essential, as we provide comprehensive training and support to ensure your success. Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following preferred qualifications will be highly advantageous in this role: Previous experience in a customer-facing role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and resolving complex issues. Knowledge of medical terminology, billing processes, and healthcare systems, demonstrating a strong understanding of the healthcare landscape. Proficiency in alpha-numeric data entry, with excellent typing skills and attention to detail.
